My installer did a good job but had a time between 110 and 129. Being I am new to E* and not use to these low numbers, I wanted to post em and get input.

Edited 3 hours later. 2nd signal number is after adjusting east to west on dish.

Edited at 13:40 with 3rd set(2nd on 119). Adjusted elevation SLIGHTLY.

Is there anywhere that I can see what channel is on what transponder. 119 has 90-100's. All this on a clear day.

My skew is 138 and the elevation is 38-39. Being that I not familiar with aiming, would adjustments to either pull 110 in a little better or is 70's ok? In Charleston, Sc.

Dish should do this for you. I recently had them come out and they installed a separate D500 for 129 and on a clear day most of my readings are now high 70's to low 80's. Call indicate you are having issues with signal fade when it rains. When the tech comes out ask for the 2nd dish.

I'm thinking the slight adjustment might do it. I got the 110 back into the 80's where the installer had them to begin with and 129 remained unchanged. 110 was low before the adjustment. Ill see how it goes over the next couple of weeks. If reception becomes a problem Ill go that route.

That looks a lot better. Did you try elevation just to see if there's any improvement on 129? Mark the elevation before you do anything and then try 1 or 2 degrees higher. The elevation settings on my 1000.2 were off by 1 degree.
Ill check it now and see what happens. I was glad to keep 129 about the same and get 110 out of the basement.

Made a very small change, seemed to slightly drop 110 but raised 129, makes em closer in signal. Did not really mess with 119.

Argh, at least you tried. The best solution is a dedicated second dish for 129 but some people don't like the second dish.

Well, hopefully where 129 and 110 are now, it might not be an issue for me. We really do not see a lot of rain here in Charleston. If you look at the numbers, 110 and 129 are better than when I started.

You probably could get a little more signal strength, but your signals look decent. Base your 119 & 110 on transponder 11 and 129 on transponder 5.
