:)

Is the reason the elevation is so low because of the dual reflector?

Thanks.

Actually i live close to the polar circle in Scandinavia, that's the reason the elevation is so low.

Highest satellite here in south is about 22 degress.

 and I thought mine was bad in Minnesota (true south is 38 on a fixed dish and 23 declination on a motorized)

Whats the specs on that motor as far as what type of dish it can move (weight and diameter)

It can drive dishes up to 2.4m, it's heavy duty designed for large dishes.

I noted on Jaeger's web site that it needs 36 volts and 1.5 amps to drive it. What are you using for positioning it?

I use a Jaeger V-BOX II connected to my Relook 400s receiver.

Do they sell these positioners locally? Or can they be shipped to the states at a reasonable price? I noticed that all I could find were overseas.

Yes it's old school and not like the toy motors people use today.

However i would get a EGIS motor if i had a Andrew 1.8 or 2.4

Here is some other pictures for you folks receivable on my system.

Are you using the DGS factory software with your Relook? I have one and have had issues with it using the factory files with USALS. I understand there are other files for it that might fix the problem.
