My h20 wont bulk erase recordings?

My wife filled the kids standard DVR and I went to erase some and it wont do like my HR20 will. I go to main folder and try to hit RED button on remote to erase complete folder of a show. It wont do anything. I can go into folder and try to erase one show at a time but with over 100 shows in a folder it will take forever.

Any ideas>!?

Strange. My HR20 will erase an entire folder at once. Have you tried a menu reset?

I think the OP was trying to do the same thing with an SD DVR...

Thanks. Yes my HR20 will bulk. This is my SD h-20 and it wont. It has the red delete button but it does not work.

Try to hit the - button twice on the folder.

H20 is a HD receiver, not a DVR. Did you mean R15?
