Must be Bad Karma, 522 Hesitates Momentarily Sometimes

My 522 which is about 3 years old has started hesitating sometimes. Its just momentary like when a DVD skips a line or when you begin to get rain fade. I would say it sticks for about 1/4 second then all is normal. I know these guys run on hard drives like a computer so the big question is whether this is the beginning of the end. Its my own purchased unit so warranty has nothing to do with things. Anything else out there that might be causing this or may be blowing it out with compressed air like I do with the computer sometimes. Both sit about on the floor which I know aint so great.
