I have a Dynex 5x8 multi-switch that I'm trying to hook up with a tri-LNB Direct TV oval satellite. I have 4 RG6 coax cables running from the tri-LNB's built-in multi-switch to the four satellite inputs of the 5x8 multi-switch. (the 5th multi-switch input is for cable or antenna, and I have neither). My problem is that I can't get any signal on any transponders for satellites B or C when all four wires are connected, only a strong signal on all transponders on satellite A. In trying to rearrange the coax cable inputs, I discovered that with only two cables connected I can get good signal on the even transponders of satellites A and B, and all of them on C. However, there is no connection configuration where I get signals on all transponders on all three satellites. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

I have no clue if it's cascadable. Nothing in the setup instructions mentions cascadability. It does talk about diplexers, but only if I'm also running a separate cable or antenna input, which I'm not.

If it's not working, if it makes no mention of being cascadable, has no diagrams showing wiring from another multiswitch (or phase III dish), and makes no other comments insinuating that it can be used in conjunction with another multiswitch or dish with built-in multiswitch, I'd be highly suspect that it's not cascadable, and therefore won't work in a cascaded setup.
