MTV2 was Cartoon Network

I turned on MTV2 this morning at 7:30 AM ET and it was Cartoon Network. However it switched back about 5 minutes later. Did anyone see this and did anyone else notice any other channels out of place. By the way I turned to Cartoon Network at the time and t had nothing on it.

Wasn't just you - a good chunk of networks were swapped out during from about 6 'til about 7:30 or 8...
