MRV / DECA without Internet

Hey guys, just wondering if you can have the multiroom setup DECA or MRV without the internet? will be moving rural and was thinking about going without internet for a while but wanted the other stuff working.

Entirely possible. The internet connection is mainly used for VOD offerings
