Theres another new movie coming out titles "Crash" wich is the third one with this name to come out in the last 10 years wich is odd to say the least. The first movie revolved around a man and a woman that found something erotic about cars and speed and car acidents or so I remember from the trailer's. The second one that was more recent from 2 years ago revolved around several seperate stories that all intertwined into lives that intersected. This third one I havent seen other than the last 5 seconds of the trailer but I think it is similiar to the second one.

At one time I had heard that movies couldnt share the same title due to copyright or trade mark until after a specific time frame but this doesnt apear to be the case. Anyone have insite into this?

Crash is a generic word, so therefore by itself can not be copywrited.
