Motion Blur!

This might be my tv or it might be Dish, i need to find out cause its driving me nuts.

When watching either SD or HD, when the camara pans around, everything goes out of focus and its like a blur till the camara stops and everything is fine.

Even worse when someone is riding a bike and its up close to them.

TV is 52 inch Dlp by Toshiba.

You might want to play with some of the settings on your set.

Look for noise filter settings that may be smoothing out the detail in your picture.
Also some Cinemotion filters that do 3:2 pulldown on 24 frame content (like movies) will cause strange things to happen.

I have a Sony TV so I don't know the exact settings for the Toshiba, but most HD sets have similar control settings.

ive seen this on directv, dish , comcrap, adelphia and armstrong.

you are watching a wide rec or a running back... he is ok and the sidelines and crowd are blurred?? THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME THING!!!! so does fios!

HD IS A HUGH LIE!
