Most Chattanooga TN locals are off this morning

It's about 6:45am here on Thursday and all the locals except 1 has a general "technical difficulties " on the screen. It also says no need to call us. It says to tune to SD version to watch them. Maybe a power outage at the local uplink facility? Don't know....Any ideas?--Thanks, Andy
