If you mean two remotes with the same code for one receiver, I would think so, but I have never tried. Assuming you have tried, what happened? As a work around, why not carry one remote from room to room?

You can definitely program two RF remotes to control one receiver because I have done it.

I have several remotes for the HR 21 and I have run a line downstairs so I would like to have a separate remote to operate my TV downstairs and my HR 21 downstairs from one remote.
