I want to get PBS Kids that disapeared last oct.

I have a question: can a starchoice DSR-405 receive DigicipherII programs that are in clear? PBS kids moved to dcII last oct. could I make 405 to receive this channel? maybe with help from 4play?

I am getting both montanna and a couple of the pbs feeds here in missouri as of today.

18wheels......last I heard a starchoice dish is for starchoice only. Its unfortunate as this motorola is identical to alot of the generic 405's (4DTV) out there, but seems to have a hard coded channel map. Unless someone has some hidden menu passwords or something, its stuck on star.
