I just finished watching The Monster Squad. I must say that the movie looks fantastic in HD. I watched it a few months ago on TNT-HD, and it looked like it had been stretched from an old VHS copy. It looked terrible, so I didn't have much hope.
On another note, I don't believe it was in OAR. It was widescreen, but once the credits were ready to roll, the picture zoomed out to reveal the black bars at the top & bottom.
In any instance, way to go Voom for the fantastic PQ.
