I live in Los Angeles and want to know if I don't take the Superfan package ($50) will I still get the Yankee games
on YES in hd since I do pay for the hd pkg.

I've heard that March 12th YES is changing from #622 to #53-sd and #753-hd. I've been told by the D* CSR that Superfan
will provide 40 hd games per week.

I am mainly interested in watching the Yankee games in hd.

Thanks in advance for any information. :D :D

No, to get ANY HD from Extra Innings you must subscribe to Superfan. Kinda sucks, but that is how they decided to do it. Expect 40-50 HD games a week though :D

I thought that YES channel change was a cable company, not directv.
