Has anyone had any experience with MLB Extra Innings on Bell TV? I was thinking of going that route as it appears to be considerably cheaper than the other domestic options. Is the programming the same? That is, I'm not getting gypped out of some games as a result of the lower pricing, am I? 
Also, anyone know how many games are in HD as well? (Hmm, I guess I could figure that part out with the current free preview.)
