Missing transponder?

As of Saturday, I can't get any channels on Sat. 129, Transponder 30. Worked with a very nice CSR for about 30 minutes & finally decided someone would have to come out. What exactly is this problem?

Ok, tonight I have all the channels that went missing. Is this a problem that can fix itself?
