Missing Odd Xponders

I just installed a new DirecTV dish and I was able to lock onto a signal, but it only finds the even Xponders. All the ones it hits are 80 or higher in strength, but the odds are all 0.

Can anyone tell me why this is and how to fix it.

It's an oval 3 dish.

Do you have a splitter or multiswitch involved in the setup?
