missing channels

I have connected my FTA Satellite and Coolsat 4000 pro system. After auto tuning I am missing channels. Is this Dish alignment or polarity/freq. issues?
I'm trying to receive T5 freeX chan.If anyone can help or give advice it be much appreciated.

do you have the card for it? I know that free-x takes a card to operate correctly
