I just recently installed a dish network satellite up at my cabin. However when I bring my home receiver with me up to the cabin I cannot get a bunch of channels (ESPN,TBS, TNT et.). They are still on the guide but are green and I get a message that they are not part of my package. Its not the local channels I'm missing but mostly the basic satellite channels. Any thoughts on what's going on or what's causing the problem is appreciated.

It is a brand new receiver and a check switch was done multiple times and a I get good reception from the 110 and 118 satelites. I've also tried unplugging the receiver and plugging it back in and still no help.
is this maybe a high defintion reciever, maybe your not getting the hd feeds to those channels on satellite 129
Do you have 119 odd and 119 even on your check switch?
What type of dish are you using?
Are you outside your spotbeam, perhaps new G3 system and location id have found you out and shut donw these networks automatically.
You mention 118, if using a DP 34 port 1 should be usd for 119, port 2 for 110, port 3 is for 118.
