Missing Bell Channels (400, 405, 407 In Phoenix

I have several friends in Phoenix that have recently lost several sports channels (400 TSN, 405 Sportsnet, 407 Sportsnet) from their BEV systems. I am new to this forum and apologize if this question has been recently asked. My friends pay for their BEV programming through their canadian home addresses. Any help would be most appreciated.
