I noticed on the channel that lists all of Directv's channels, a channel 368. Its not on my receiver and also I rebooted to see if it was there. Supposed to be The Hope Channel. Anyone have that channel?

Hope and JCTV (368 & 366) are on the 119 satellite and some setups do not have that
Do you know what LNB setup you have? It might be a slimline 3 LNB that sees 99/101/103
