25-3 Hmong TV (we do have a bug Hmong population in St Paul)
and now....
25-4 Liquidation channel (yep another shopping channel). Love the "LCHD" in the corner even though its 480i 4x3
Hoping they will get 43 on the air soon....supposedly with Laff, Escape and Bounce
