mini guide on sd receiver not showing all channels

d12-300 standard def receivers
I have two of these SD receivers and also two HD21 receviers. When I press the blue button on the two d12-300 receivers, I don't get all of the channels that I have selected in my favorites or even when it is set for "all channels". The two H21 receivers work fine. Why is this? or is this the way the SD receivers work? The main guide shows everything fine.

What channels aren't shown?

If they are HD, then I believe the SD receivers won't show them.

It now looks like it is just one of the SD receivers. The other one seems to be showing all of my favorites. The ones that don't show seem to be random. ESPN is just one of many that don't show. I have 112 favorites selected but only about 60 show. This is the only receiver doing this. It also does not show all of the channels when I have it set to show all channels.

Try a hard reboot. Disconnect power for 30s and then re-connect.

You should also re-run guided setup.

i don't think i have tried that on this receiver, i have had them all since summer but we don't use this one much
