Mute button no longer works.
#1 button sluggish.
Up and down volune button sluggish, Left and right volume button still works find.

GeoSatPro.com doesn't list one, nor as SatelliteAV on Ebay.

What solutions have been found?

Found these two remotes, resembles the correct one, labelled a little different. Not marked microHD. GEOSATpro Remote Free S&H 4.G5 | eBay

I've taken mine apart (fairly easy) and cleaned the conductive contacts on the button overlay with a paper towel soaked in plain isopropyl alcohol. You can do the same for the circuit board, if it's got crud on it.

Don't rub too hard, and works perfectly. Then just snap it all back together.

I have the same remote as in those two Ebay listings. My microHD took a hit in a lightning strike so it got tossed but I hung on to the remote. If you want it it's yours for postage.

FYI I also use isopropyl alcohol to clean the contacts on my remotes, BUT, before I do that I use a "soft" (usually white) pencil eraser to "gently" clean them.
