Metalic Chart??

I remember seeing a chart somewhere that had all the SD/HD channels listed and chart with the different colored dots for which package it was included in. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

It is much easier to explain to the GF with pictures

If you go to DISH's site - choose Programming - then Programming Guides - they have all of the PDF's at the bottom of the page.
