Gannett has agreed to sell three of its stations acquired from Belo to Meredith Corporation. Meredith will be picking up KMOV in St. Louis, and KTVK and KASW in Phoenix. Since Meredith already owns KPHO, it will need to spin off one of the stations. Reports say that it will sell KASW to Sagamore Hill Broadcasting, but continue to provide operational services for the station.
