Mental Block - How do I add video and radio channels to FOrtec Lifetime NA

OK, I am getting old! I have done this before, but can't figure it out tonight. I want to manually add video channels and radio channels in my Lifetime NA. How do I do this? I have drawn a total mental block! TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PID scan?

manual scan, select TP and manually enter PIDS

I think after you pick TP, go to "PID SCAN" then you can enter PIDS
