Media Share Video Format

I setup my HR21-700 for Media Share using Windows Media Player 11 and some setup instructions I found on this forum and else where. Everything seems to work well except video. I can display pictures and play music and do both at the same time. When I try video it shows X's next to my video files and tells me something like "no compatible video files found". I have tried both AVI and MPEG2 files with no results.

Any ideas on the required format or why I cannot stream video?

MPEG2 is supported, but apparently it must be a "transport stream".
