Yes, it is a station on Direct TV.

Is there any Eng Sub?

Yes, MBC is part of the Korean international package and is on channel 2081. And yes they and the others do have shows with English subtitles.

Added Info: My wife is watching "Who Are You" right now and it has subtitles.
