Trenching for free what else are they going to want us give away free?

First 50ft free has been that way since late 01 early 02. As Ive said before the free mentality with what we do is all thanks to a single cable commercial that came out in 01.

Hm, I think DNS covers up to 15' of trenching so 50' seems a lot. For retail installs, we normally charge for any trenching beyond 5'. Did you see this in writing about the 50' of trenching?

50' feet of trenching is what is included. Yeah it sucks. I used to get paid by the foot not too long ago.

Actually it changed almost at the end of 02. At the same time we were unable to continue to charge for poles, eve mounts, tripods etc. Every little thing we were able to get ahead with was stripped away.

yea they took away alot from theyr installers, we used to get hourly pay plus commision, incentive, and bonuses.
