Hopper 3.

I have the Yankees set up. At the start of the week it showed 4 games being recorded M-F (perfect.) I checked every night before going to bed and the next day's game was set to be recorded. Out of the 3 games played so far, only one was recorded.

I have the Canadiens set up. Last night's playoff game did not record.

Not trying to be a jerk, there are several threads on guide/EPG issues. Sadly I'm not sure Dish is listening :( Here are just a few:

I have to remember to record my EPL soccer games manually each weekend. Scott (or mod's) I wonder if this issue can be sticky'd somewhere? I've asked Dish Support about this and all I get is it's a known issue. For me, it only effects live sports events. TV series seems to still work ok.

I didn't take that as a jerk :) I already submitted a thread on Deadliest Catch since it skipped over Tuesday's premiere and instead recorded it this morning. Since it actually shows these in the schedule, but then drops them day-of, I assumed this was a separate issue. It never showed me it was going to even attempt recording DC on Tuesday.

My seek timer for the Charlotte Hornets stopped working with the guide data changeover. I made a new one shortly after that worked for a couple weeks, but the timer stopped recording the games again the last week or so of the season.

I'm not sure they will ever get this problem solved or even care if they do. I have the same problem with golf on the weekends. 401 usually has the first couple of hours of the tournament and then CBS picks up the last few hours of it. Even though I have it set up to record both episodes it cancels the second one every time! I can only assume it thinks it's a duplicate. But even then I have it set up to record new and reruns but it still cancels it. This has been going on for months now.

julesism,
one problem I run into occasionally is that the spanish version of the EPL recording will match and not the english version (Telemundo or some other channel). It is even more problematic on the La Liga games on BeIn Sports. I've went into the schedule to modify it only to have it redo what I've asked it not to. I wish that they would give an option on the sports timers to ignore (or perhaps only record for the spanish speakers) the spanish language versions. Once the timer issue is corrected, this would be a big help and remove one of my frustrations.
