March Madness

Does anyone know if DISH is going to offer a package for NCAA March Madness games? If so, will any of them be high def?

I can (of course) no longer get CBS from New York (I live in KY), and they don't offer locals in my area.

I thought all the games are on tv OTA, ones of my local CBS does 3 games and FOX does 4 on their digital OTA signal, and 1 each on their analog sd signal.

I believe that DTV has exclusive rights to a March Madness package for the first two or four rounds of the tournament.
