mapping problem

i just added 2 more stbs in my house one is all good but the other one has a
few mapping problems espnhd is oln and tmchd is says i have to subscribe to it so i called voom and they told me it will be about a week before somebody comes out to fix the problem does anybody know how to do the remapping so
i dont have to wait a week or can help me out
