Manual timers, any way on Hopper?

With the cancellation of today's NASCAR race, I need a way to record tomorrow on Fox starting at Noon Eastern time. I remember something about doing manual timers using the Dish Anywhere, but had no luck with that, and can't find any way using all I know with the Hoppers' menus.

I searched the forums and drew a blank there also.

Is it possible?

Go to the time slot in the guide and press record three times and at the bottom is the manual timer button.

What channel did you program? EPG has been updated with the race on 150 at 1 pm.

I had originally set up to record on both Fox and Fox1. This morning, I see it's in the guide on Fox. First time ever have I seen an update of the guide for something like this.

I can't get it to record the race on either one of my hoppers! Timer wouldn't take when I set it, so I figured I would just hit record when it started. It pops up saying hit record again for options, but nothing. Same symptoms on both boxes. Any ideas?

Not on Foz1. It's on the regular Fox channel.

I had no trouble recording using the manual timers.
