Which receivers are M-Peg 2 and M-Peg 4 capable? 612, 622, 625, 722??? Which ones have dual tuners capable of viewing 2 separate programs on 2 separate tvs?

Any HD receiver will be MPEG 4. The dual receivers are 322, 522, 625, 222 (HD), 222k (HD), 622 (HD) , 722 (HD), 722k (HD) and 922 (HD).
Maybe if you told us exactly what you want to do. Seems like you asked this general question and it was answered before. If you are more specific what you trying to do or to avoid we can give you better answers.

I want to purchase a new receiver and I now have standard definition equipment and contract and would like to be prepared for future purchases. I want to know if I would be better off to go with a 625 or 622 or which one I should buy.
You mention "buy" you should get it from Dish not buy one, it saves no money to buy one. As mentioned, any receiver you get with two outputs will only have one in HD if you are not getting the Hopper system.
If I wanted two outputs from one receiver, and didn't care about one output being SD, I would get the 722.
I keep getting mixed messages from you as some receivers you mention are SD only like the 625, yet you want to be prepared for HD. Just contact a DIRT team member here and talk to them about exactly what you want to do and they can help.
If you think you are going to want HD it's not complicated. You say you want two TV's to get two different signals. The choices are two. The 722, or the Hopper. The 722 gives you one TV in HD, and one in SD, but two tuners, each can be used by both TVs. Or, the Hopper and one Joey, that gives you three tuners, all HD at two TV's. The Hopper set-up will cost more a month than the 722.

If you are staying with the receiver for a bit, I'd get a 722k. It has a large hard drive for recordings and if you have OTA, you can two more tuners with the module.

As long as your TV has RCA jacks (red, white and yellow) it would work. You could also use the Home Distribution port to run TV1 and TV2. You must have HD programming to upgrade to HD equipment. You would be able to take advantage of HD free for life. This would require credit card autopay with paperless billing, otherwise HD would be $10 a month or a one time $99.
Zach, So what you're telling me is if I want to use a 622 or 722, I must upgrade my contract to a HD contract? Also, could you tell me the phone number to call to check status of account connected to receiver or could you do that for me? ( i want to check about 5 receivers)
Correct it requires HD and a new 24 month commitment. If you want to PM me all the numbers I can look them up for you.
ONLY if you lease the receiver from DISH. If you buy the receiver NO contract is required.
The existing commitment will remain in effect so that's not entirely accurate.
I fear that the OP is using a different vocabulary than most.
Zach speaks of HD service as opposed to some kind of "contract" or commitment.
This is surely a case where the OP should have stated what they have and what they'd like to end up with rather than peppering us with questions and asking for repeated clarifications.
If a used receiver is listed for outright purchase on eBay or Craigslist, you probably don't want anything to do with it; especially the ones with a "no returns" policy.
