I was looking to use it at the campground. My tripod is a lot more bulky to bring along. Just seems like it would be a little hard to point.

that is an interesting mounting idea. I have a tailgater RV and I LOVE my bullseye mount. The best thing about it is how easily I can align it. It has X and Y axis adjustment. The one in your link looks like it would be harder to align because I don't see a way to easily make it plumb. Just my $.02.

Doesn't have to be plumb with just one lnb. Just point and adjust till something comes in.
Would be much more difficult with 3 lnb
