lost signal problem

I recently went from 3 sets to 4 and often lose the signal on the new set while the others are okay. Seems if the signal is lost it would be lost on all sets not just the one. Is this correct? The new box is a 381 - my original set up is with 322 and they've always worked fine. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Bad cable/loose connection? Check all connections, that may be the problem.

The 381 is not the most reliable beast. Move one of your working receivers to the new line to verify either loss of signal or bad 381.
(Maybe it's easier to move the 381 to the line the 322 is using to test this.)
