lost signal on 61.5

i live in panama central america and evrything was fine until like a month ago somthing happened and i couldn't record anymore because there was no guide but i could still watch tv yesterday i LOST THE SIGNAL COMPLETELY what to do help anybody
i am on 61.5

I see no conus locals left on 61.5 and still available to subscribers. But according to this: http://www.satelliteguys.us/thelist/index.php?search=dn77&sub=true there are a number of HD local markets still on 77. You might try that sat. I have no idea how far south it's conus beam might reach. Good luck.

I believe the big 4 from Denver and Chicago got put on Conus on the 61.5.

Scratch that. They aren't available to customers.

2.4 Meter might do it. This is the full power footprint. They also significantly increased compression when they switched which decreases reception in fringe areas. http://satmaps.satelliteguys.us/home/echostar-16-61-5w-conus-plus

77 is out of the question here in panama the only ones that reach panama are 61.5 110 and 119

That's "customers", not costumers. What Aaron and the Uplink Report is telling us is that two markets (Denver and Chicago) were uplinked recently to 61.5, but not yet made available to customers. You would need a Dish engineering receiver to pick them up, until they are marked "available". Most channels, when they get the kinks worked out, at some point in the indefinite future, are made available. Others are never made available and disappear again without a trace.
