lost optical audio on vip622

three days ago all of a sudden the optical audio port quit working on my vip 622

software 625

anyone that can help would be awesome

Check the cable? Connections snug and "snapped" in? I've seen too many optical ports break, not securing the cable.

yes i have check it and on the other end of the cable the red light is visible

i did this plus i unplugged it for 2 min and still nothing

i got it fixed it was a loose connection on the switch box
