Lost icons in DVR listing

Last night the shows recorded display in the DVR listing (including PTAT) with no icon. There is only a gray box with the show name ( no picture). Everthing recorded prior to last night still have icons. It was the same this morning after the nightly update (went to 209 during update). Anyone else have this to happen?

Just with the EHD....about 40% are the gray box....annoying.
