Noticed last night that I had lost my free (as a charter member) Showtime plus pak. First thought was, "oh great---now they're going to start screwing the charter members". Decided to wait til this morning to see if it would come back on. It did not. Checked my account on line and saw that it had been removed. Got on the phone and to my amazement got through to a CSR immediately. She was very helpful and did not understand what had happened. They had done something with my account yesterday for whatever reason, but she couldn't figure out why. Thought that I had called, but I had not. Anyway, she promptly re-authorized my Plus Pak and I am back in business. THANKS VOOM!!
