Lost channels

Hi all, recently I lost the Moroccan , Saudi and Sudanese channels, I tried to scan multiple tines but no luck. I am thinking maybe the dish has moved or something needs to be tuned on the roof. However the person who installed this system is not returning my calls. Does anyone know someone familiar with FTA in the northern VA area who can come over and take a look. I would be grateful if you could point me to the right direction.

can't answer your question without knowing which satellite you are trying to get the channels on. I can guess it would be 97w but that would only be a guess. another thing to know is the frequency and configuration on the channels you can't get. chas
