chill holmes. There are few people who get the CW stations as distants (these markets allow Dish to import a CW from one of 4 places) so someone might chime in later.
Have you tried calling Dish and speaking to the tech department? Also try and input your address on Dish locals site to see if its still listed as one you should get.
