So I'm watching 60 Minutes west coast HD on Tuner #1 while "The Wire" is recording on Tuner #2. I missed about five minutes of the Bill Romanowski segment and come back to rewind to the beginning, and when I get back to the start and hit Play, all audio is gone. Video is fine, and audio on Tuner #2 is fine. DVR recordings have no audio. I turned on PIP and swapped tuners, and still no audio on #1. I can't do a front panel reboot because I'm currently recording "Brotherhood" and I don't want to screw up that recording. At some point I'll do a reset, but has this happened to anybody else? My 622 has been rock solid until this (of course my wife is sitting right there watching the whole thing unravel).

are you by chance usin the HDMI connection on the 622?? if so you may be experiencing one of the many problems with the HDMI. if youre usin the component connection, maybe someone else would have a solution.
At 9:15 last night after my current timer was done, I did a power button reset and the audio came back.
