Looking for Roku XDS 2100

Anyone be interested in trading a Roku XDS 2100 or 2050 for a Roku2 XD 3050?

The reason I would like to trade is mainly because the roku2 xds has no toslink out.Would be willing to offer a little boot.

I have a roku XDS and might consider a deal. Does your Roku2 have a USB port? Also I am looking for a slingbox, would you happen to have one you could make part of this deal?
