Looking for a Domain host

Anyone have a cheap, versital domain host where I can start a small very small few-page type buisness related website?

Traffic will be small, Xfer will be low, ftp needed and front pages extensions are nice, but not necessary.

I can search, but I'd rather go by experience. Been with www.virtualave.net for a few years at $10 a month.

Also, don't have a domain name, a sub-domain is ok, as long as the main isn't weird.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Try http://www.godaddy.com

Tech-TV (Now G4-TechTV) recommended them. I am getting ready to put up my local Lions Club on Godaddy. It seems like the best deal around.

I use go daddy for our DNS stuff (although our DNS server is hosted here)

Yeah, godaddy has some limitations for advanced hosting that f5hosting includes in their basic service.

For the basic static webpage to establish personal of family presence on the web for someone on a budget, then godaddy might be the way to go.

F5hosting on the otherhand is an excellent resource if you plan on expanding your site to include any business or shopping cart applications.
