Locking Up?

Ok guys, this morning I recived a software download and at 97% its locking up. What gives? its the Mpeg 4 set up. I tried a reset and its still doing it.

Ok guys, this morning I recived a software download and at 97% its locking up. What gives? its the Mpeg 4 set up. I tried a reset and its still doing it.

It is normal for it to appear to hang at 97%. Mine did the same thing but it is really not hung, just validating the download before installation. Give it at least a half hour and it will no doubt finish.
