Locked Mac address on laptop for Wildblue

We have two laptops that have the mac address locked in after provisioning on Wildblue modems. Unfortunately we do not know which modems were last provisioned to reboot them to free up the mac address.
At the last install we provisioned the modem, powered down the modem as well as the laptop. Then fully rebooted the modem and then the laptop. We can now surf any web site that is not associated with Wildblue. For example, Wildblue Portal, Wildblue.net, Wildblue.com Explorer says "No internet connections"
Any suggestions? I would prefer not to give my laptops hemlock.

Try "arp -a " from the command prompt to get an ip-to-MAC list. Don't know if this will help in your case, but it might:
