Locked Events

I am having an issue with the locks on my 622. Whenever I try to watch a locked event (live or off the DVR) I keep getting asked for the password. I enter it, it unlocks but after about 30 seconds it asks again and continues to ask throughout the event. The only way around it is to unlock the system.

Any ideas?

Im not getting "Locked Event", I just have to keep entering the password to watch!
