Locals only?

Since D* does leases for everything you need at least Choice or possibly the basic that they use for International packages which is $12 + the INt'l channel

Then you must have VERY high taxes out there, considering that at the most, it should only require the access charge@$6 + $6 for locals. Or, you must have something else that is making it higher than that. (other prog, DVR or added receiver fees, etc.)

I'm only paying $10, since I'm on the locals only welcome pak, which I believe can STILL be had. BUT as Ice said, you have to have your own equipment. (not leased)
